Specialising in traditional savoury Galettes and sweet Crêpes, Aubrey’s takes it’s influence from cooking methods renowned in the Brittany region of France.
All dishes are prepared fresh to order in an open kitchen with both inside and outside seating areas and take away options available. Fitted with antique furniture and thick woollen blankets, the independent and unique atmosphere of Aubrey’s is what makes it an unusual find.

Aubrey’s keeps in line with Breton tradition by following the long-standing methods used for making batters and understanding the particular texture and colour needed.
Working within these guidelines, Aubrey’s equally looks at reinventing the culinary potential of the galette and crêpe with alternative fillings; frequently changing its menu. Both the owner and staff, curious to find new flavours, bring their interest in food to contribute to the adaptation of this tradition.
